Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time – Students and On the road Jobs
Location: Nelson, BC
Shifts: Day, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, and Valid driver’s license
Work setting: Various locations. Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Student status: Full time enrollment and Part time enrollment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be capable of working at heights
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, possess hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, be prepared for physically demanding tasks, and be proficient in weight handling, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should demonstrate client focus
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative
- The candidates should work effectively as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- The candidates should be able to repair cracks and holes
- The candidates should be able to apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
