Salary: $26.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employee, willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should have attention to detail and should do repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have flexibility
  • The candidate should be a team player and have reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently to manage the calendar effectively
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly to ensure effective communication
  • The candidates should be able to respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • The candidates should be able to greet people warmly and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to manage incoming mail, including both regular and electronic, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately to maintain professionalism in written communication
