Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills in professional interactions and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should display excellent written communication skills and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be effective team players, capable of collaborating with others, and possess strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services, develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, and invite tenders
- The candidates should be able to consult with suppliers, review quotations, and determine contract terms and conditions, establish delivery schedules, and monitor progress of delivery schedules
- The candidates should be able to contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems effectively and provide customer service throughout the procurement process
