Salary: $29.50 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: relocation costs not covered by employer, willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be willing to handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to manage a large caseload and handle a large workload
  • The candidates should have to work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask and demonstrate excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should possess excellent written communication skills and be flexible in their approach
  • The candidates should be organized and demonstrate the ability to work well in a team
  • The candidates should excel in time management and be quick learners

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to direct and control daily operations, evaluate them, and plan and organize them efficiently
  • The candidate should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, determine office procedures and routines, and manage contracts effectively
  • The candidate should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and provide customer service professionally
  • The candidate should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks accurately
