Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in dusty and noisy environments, handling heavy loads and lifting weights of more than 45 kg (100 lbs) as necessary for job tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiently handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and precision
- The candidates should be able to maintain focus and concentration despite external distractions, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, reliability, and resourcefulness, adapting readily to changing circumstances and tasks, consistently fulfilling responsibilities, and effectively finding solutions to challenges
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate metal cleaning equipment, immerse metal products in cleaning solutions, and assist other metal workers
- The candidates should be able to sort metal sheets and parts, grind or chip excess metal from products, and clean machines and work areas
- The candidates should be able to polish metal products to a mirror finish, supporting the overall metalworking process
