Salary: $17.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Saint-Hubert, QC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty conditions, noisy environments, and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, physically demanding work, and have manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and manage a large workload, including a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, dependable, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be flexible, demonstrate initiative, and be reliable team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment manually or using powered equipment throughout the plant
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products, sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, and perform other laboring and elemental activities
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
