Salary: $28.50 hourly 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Windsor, ON
Shifts: Day
Technical terminology: Business
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, and project management
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent written communication skills and be accurate, organized, and team players
  • The candidates should have a focus on clients

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone and relay calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
