Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of completed an office administration program
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of related experience

- The candidates should be prepared to undergo assessments using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interviews, and reference checks
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage, coordinate, and control the Executive Director’s calendar and coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparations such as agendas, minutes, and notes
- The candidates should be able to manage and coordinate the branch’s budget, including preparing and coordinating all financial transactions and procurement processes
- The candidates should be able to organize travel and accommodation requirements and serve as the main point of contact and quality control for a large volume of inquiries (including ministerial), providing quality assurance of documents, tracking briefings and files, and coordinating follow-up
- The candidates should be able to route and prioritize branch approvals, incoming mail, inquiries, and correspondence
- The candidates should be able to update information for the EECD website, Business Plan, and Accountability Framework
- The candidates should be able to ensure constant innovation and administrative process improvements
- The candidates should be able to coordinate, review, format, and track various complex, confidential products, including ministerial correspondence, reports, memos, and related approvals and support records management responsibilities
