I Am Wellness Inc based in West Vancouver, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Administrative clerk. I Am Wellness Inc offers a range of services and programs aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our services include personalized health coaching, nutrition guidance, fitness training, mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and lifestyle counseling. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Urban area

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be effiicient, client focus, and organized

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • The candidates should be able to send and receive messages, perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information to clients and the public, order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, organize and schedule office work
