Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience leading a team, fostering teamwork and team dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to lead a team of business analysts and solution architects
  • The candidate should be able to lead the delivery of CRM projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and objectives
  • The candidate should be able to conduct assessments of business needs and translate them into actionable deliverables
  • The candidate should be able to provide technical leadership to various teams, business partners, vendors, and initiatives
  • The candidate should be able to identify risks or issues that may impact delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • The candidate should be able to utilize their Pega platform experience to effectively implement Pega-based CRM solutions
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with third parties to harness their expertise in implementing CRM solutions
  • The candidate should be able to act as the point of contact with vendors, including dealing with SLA’s, financials, issues, and escalations
  • The candidate should be able to participate in ongoing audits and assessments related to operational processes
  • The candidate should be able to participate in contract management and vendor assessments
  • The candidate should be able to identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve overall systems and processes
  • The candidate should be able to stay up to date with the latest CRM trends and technologies
