Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel, Own transportation
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles, Safety harness, Gloves
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Criminal record check
Cleaning experience: Brick and stone building exteriors, Paint and graffiti removal, Swimming pool/centre
Equipment and machinery experience: Chemical cleaning equipment, Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Hydroblasters, Pressure cleaners, Power tools, Pressure washers, Steam cleaners, Sandblasters
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, and outdoors
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate cleaning machines
- The candidates should be able to clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to clean all parts using special cleaning and rinsing solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning machines
