Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle a large workload

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department, plan and coordinate activities of supervisors and crews, and coordinate inspections to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
  • The candidates should supervise staff members, coordinate contract services, and ensure safety standards and policies are met to create a secure environment
  • The candidates should maintain financial records, prepare budgets and payrolls, supervise maintenance and repair services, and conduct performance evaluations for staff members
  • The candidates should maintain inventory, supervise in-house laundry services, coordinate laundry tasks, and schedule duties of housekeeping staff for efficiency
  • The candidates should coordinate dry cleaning and valet services, ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations, and respond to guest complaints promptly for satisfaction
