Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently, be prepared for physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their work
  • The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for the job, adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, and be willing to work overtime as required by the job demands
  • The candidates should be able to sit, stand for extended periods, and walk as needed for the job, and be capable of handling weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary for their duties

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate punctuality in meeting deadlines and appointments, prioritize client focus to ensure the satisfaction of client needs, and exhibit dependability by consistently fulfilling their duties and commitments
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues, demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, and exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and tasks
  • The candidates should show initiative in taking proactive steps to address challenges and pursue opportunities, exercise sound judgment in decision-making processes, and be highly organized in managing tasks and schedules
  • The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting deadlines consistently, be cooperative and effective team players, possess excellent written communication skills for various forms of correspondence, and uphold strong values and ethics in their work conduct and decision-making

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • The candidates should be able to make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock the linen closet
  • The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators
  • The candidates should be able to handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
