Salary: Competitive salary with pay for performance bonuses and incentives. $180.00-$220.00 Weekly estimated salary
Location: St. Catherines, ON, CA, L2R 5X4
Call Centre Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm – Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm – Saturday (once a month) 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in retail, customer service, and/or a call center environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The candidates should be highly motivated individuals, committed to continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
  • The candidates should use their critical thinking skills to identify needs and propose solutions to the customers
  • The candidates should be team players who share knowledge and insights with peers
  • The candidates should be positive, customer-focused, and resourceful
  • The candidates should have an OTL/RIBO license (or be willing to obtain their OTL, provided by CAA, if not already licensed)

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to quote and sell auto and property insurance to inbound callers
  • The candidates should be able to follow procedures and underwriting guidelines as part of the sales process
  • The candidates should be able to assess the needs of the customer
  • The candidates should be able to identify and make recommendations for additional P&C coverage
  • The candidates should be able to achieve set targets for sales, quality, average call time, etc.
