Salary: $4,000 to $4,500 monthly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 48 hours per week

Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Staff accommodation provided, Remote location, Campground, Hunting and fishing lodge or camp, Willing to relocate, Hotel, motel, resort
Level of expertise: Video editor
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Supervision: More than 20 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Central reservation system (CRS), MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a focus on clients and possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations, including staff recruitment, supervision, and performance reviews
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with suppliers and clients for materials, supplies, and facility usage while conducting training sessions and front desk duties
- The candidates should be capable of preparing and monitoring budgets, marketing plans, and business plans, implementing marketing activities and addressing customer complaints or concerns
- The candidates should possess the ability to assist clients/guests with special needs, establish work schedules, and conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions
