Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity, and determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures accordingly, meeting the needs and expectations of clients
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews for staff members to assess their work performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement, and monitor revenues regularly and adjust procedures and prices as necessary to optimize profitability and meet financial goals
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery, and address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff effectively, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure competence and performance excellence
