Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, underground, and in confined spaces and be accustomed to dusty and noisy environments
- The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines, able to handle repetitive tasks, and manage heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and able to work under pressure, demonstrating attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and be a team player
- The candidates should be accurate and have excellent oral communication
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, mix, pour, and spread materials, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
- The candidates should be able to assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, level earth to fine grade specifications, and clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites, perform routine maintenance work, cut cured concrete pipe sections with a saw or chisel, and cement sections together to form odd-shaped fittings
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain pipe units and fittings, flush the system, and cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
