Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor of Science or equivalent or supply chain, operations, or related discipline or MBA
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years Supply Chain experience, preferred Demand Planning experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software experience and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • The candidates should have a strong understanding of supply chain/demand planning principles, organization structures, and key metrics
  • The candidates should possess strong cross-functional leadership capability and be able to influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead and develop a team with a continuous improvement mindset while driving transformation of ways of working and demand planning KPIs
  • The candidates should have strong people management skills that foster an environment of team success and individual accomplishments
  • The candidates should have the ability to work with Executive level stakeholders and influence decision making

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to be accountable for short- and long-term Integrated Demand Planning process and team of demand planners for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets
  • The candidates should be able to drive and lead all end-to-end demand planning processes as part of the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, fostering collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a liaison between cross-functional business partners to ensure accurate forecasts and timely production deadlines, fostering strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
  • The candidates should be able to drive improvements to current business practices and develop strong working relationships with business partners across multiple departments, delivering best-in-class forecast accuracy and Bias results
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a strong working relationship with all constituents to ensure that changes and activities are managed on a timely and cost-effective basis, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills
  • The candidates should be able to lead the Demand Planning Integrated Business planning process for Canada BU, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and objectives
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the forecast process is adhered to by all cross-functional team members by following identified forecasting principles, ensuring consistency and accuracy in demand forecasts
  • The candidates should be able to understand consumption/shipment trends and category dynamics across all brands in business units to support and endorse total volume forecast, leveraging data analytics and market insights
  • The candidates should be able to identify forecasting best practices and support supply chain continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in demand planning processes
  • The candidates should be able to manage the team by placing value on discipline in the execution of standard work, bias for action in the delivery of KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership
  • The candidates should be able to create an environment of continuous improvement with emphasis placed on building a culture of personal ownership, encouraging team members to take initiative and drive positive change
