Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
Experience: Candidates should have 3to 5+ years of prior product management experience in consumer packaged goods ideally in the cooking or related industries

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have demonstrated experience in launching new products
  • The candidates should have strong organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively prioritize demands to meet deadlines
  • The candidates should be team players who can work effectively in cross-functional groups or independently

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing the relevant Product Line Plans, including SKU detail, cost targets, preliminary forecasting, and key features/benefits
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain a detailed Critical Path/Product development Timeline using digital product creation tools such as PLM
  • The candidates should be able to oversee line rationalization that meets or exceeds business targets and review the Product Design priorities on a seasonal basis
  • The candidates should be able to recommend and pursue line extensions where appropriate and review sales and margin data to scorecard product performance against the forecast
  • The candidates should be able to support a cross-functional team to execute on-time product launches and maintain accurate and up-to-date product specification sheets
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate with QA/QC, Legal, and Product Stewardship departments to ensure appropriate product control measures (including regulatory compliance) are in place
  • The candidates should be able to provide feedback and recommendations to the Sourcing team on vendor performance
  • The candidates should be able to work with Brand Team & Merchant teams to develop product presentations, other collateral and develop product instruction manuals
  • The candidates should be able to support the development and must have a passion for consumer products, business, and cooking
