Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction
• The candidates should be able to provide basic information on facilities, such as operating hours, amenities, and services available to guests
• The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed, using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
• The candidates should be able to clean changing rooms and showers thoroughly, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests
• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns effectively, resolving issues to the best of their ability and escalating when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
