Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have one to two years of post-secondary education in the business discipline
  • The candidates should be individuals with a combination of education and/or experience, preferably with insurance experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to process auto and basic insurance transactions, identifying client needs, and providing information on basic insurance products best suited to meet the client’s needs
  • The candidates should be able to recommend and implement clients’ insurance coverage, premiums, and collect payments
  • The candidates should also be responsible for providing reception and general administration services, including receiving and referring incoming phone calls, greeting clients, and offering a variety of routine office administrative support services such as maintaining filing systems and opening and sorting incoming mail
