Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 2-3 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate and be someone who can be dependent on
- The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and in an organized way
- The candidate should be someone who can be relied on and be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to calculate and prepare cheques for payroll also calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- The candidate should be able to keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems also maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- The candidate should be able to post journal entries also prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- The candidate should be able to prepare tax returns also prepare trial balance of books
- The candidate should be able to reconcile accounts
