Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a minimum three (3) year diploma/degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or Information Systems
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum five (5) years related work experience including: business analysis planning and monitoring; elicitation and collaboration
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from iiBA or possess PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) certification
- The candidates should have completed training courses in Facilitation Skills, Presentation Skills, Business and Report Writing, Negotiation Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Process Mapping, BPMN, and Stakeholder Analysis, among others
- The candidates should have expertise in requirements life cycle management, including strategy analysis, requirements analysis and design definition, training, and solution evaluation
- The candidates should demonstrate experience in facilitation, presentation, negotiation, effective communication, teamwork, customer service, and business writing
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to lead the elicitation, analysis, and validation of business needs from stakeholders, including clients and end users
- They should be able to capture and articulate the AS IS business process and collaborate with stakeholders to define the TO BE business process
- The candidate should be able to gather, prioritize, assess, and gain approval of business requirements and related processes from stakeholders
- They should be able to develop templates and establish a methodology for requirements traceability, ensuring that requirements are linked to deliverables. This involves interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and compiling user requirements to inform development work or recommend options for an RFP
- The candidate should apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the implementation of new processes, ensuring that project requirements align with specifications
- They should understand business requirements sufficiently to participate in demos and evaluations, assessing their alignment with client needs
- The candidate should ensure the accuracy of requirements documented, as it directly correlates with the success or failure of the implementation
- The candidate should support the deployment of a solution by developing a UAT plan and training materials to facilitate go-live and monitoring the solution post-deployment
