Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a two year post-secondary college diploma in administration, sports management
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3 years relevant experience administering and coordinating facility usage and space
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to work on weekends and evenings
- The candidates should have organizational skills and time management abilities

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to inspire healthy and active lifestyles for students through Campus Recreation under the direction of the Director, Campus and Community Recreation
- The candidates should be able to liaise with internal and external customers to facilitate the rental of athletic facilities
- The candidates should be able to issue rental agreements and process payments based on the Department’s policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with Varsity and Competitive Club Coordinators to manage facility reservations for varsity teams and club programs
- The candidates should be able to participate in improving processes related to facility rentals and other relevant areas
- The candidates should be able to conduct athletic facility tours for various groups
