Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed a post-secondary program in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in accounting
Experience: Candidates should have experience in administrative/clerical procedures (records management and payroll

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to problem solve and make independent decisions, the ability to assess and evaluate multiple issues and balance competing demands in a dynamic environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with invoice reconciliation, experience with financial management systems
  • The candidates should have knowledge of administrative, clerical practices and procedures
  • The candidates should have knowledge of Financial Management Systems, possess invoice reconciliation skills and demonstrate professionalism

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform specialized clerical work to support the Fleet Services section of the Equipment Maintenance Division
  • The candidates should be able to reconcile fuel and maintenance invoices accurately and efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the light vehicle online booking system, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to prepare various administrative reports and respond to inquiries related to Fleet Services
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with vendors and staff across multiple government departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • The candidates should be able to organize Fleet Services correspondence and maintain files in an organized manner
  • The candidates should be able to utilize computer programs and systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle Financial System, to complete tasks effectively
  • The candidates should be able to handle other related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
