Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Operations management
Area of work experience: Quality Assurance Or Control And Operations Or Production
Regulations knowledge: CIP (Cleaning In Place) And SIP (Sanitizing In Place) Systems, Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), And Knowledge Of Labor Relations
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Certificate, Forklift Operator Certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Hazard Analysis And Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification, And Occupational Health And Safety Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, work overtime when required, and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent in oral communication, and excellent in written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, able to exercise good judgement, and organized

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process, train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and supervise staff
