Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be 16 years or older

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should contribute to the high-volume, fast-paced flow of merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor
  • The candidates should function as part of a team to stock and process merchandise
  • The candidates should assist customers with their shopping needs, all in a safe and clean environment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • The candidates should be able to assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and aiding in purchase decisions
  • The candidates should be able to resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate
  • The candidates should be able to maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork, logs, and other documentation
  • The candidates should be able to refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required
  • The candidates should be able to stock merchandise/pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and set new shelf caps
