Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain office supplies and filing systems and complete photocopying and distribute materials to the community
  • The candidates should be able to support the planning and execution of community events and provide research assistance for various projects and initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to undertake special assignments as directed by the Councillor and perform additional duties as assigned by the Councillor or Executive Assistant
