Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to engage in client engagement by speaking with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan. Utilize knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients achieve their goals
  • The candidates should be able to take ownership of calls, whether responding to incoming calls or making outbound calls, in a friendly, empathetic, courteous, and professional manner
  • The candidates should be able to effectively solve problems by acquiring information and leveraging their network to identify and address issues or fulfill
  • The candidates should be able to build relationships by engaging in marketing and outreach activities that demonstrate value to clients and their communities. They should aim to grow their network, strengthen existing relationships, and collaborate with others to ensure clients are connected to relevant people and opportunities
