Salary: $27.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Shift, On Call, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, and accustomed to tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in their work approach
  • The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
  • The candidates should show initiative

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, procedures, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems, prepare and maintain progress and other reports, and train workers in duties and policies
  • The candidates should be able to arrange training for staff, coordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders, maintain vehicle operator work records, and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
