Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience in the field
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization:Â Electrical and Renewable resources
Credentials:Â Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association and Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct feasibility, design operation, and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks and supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers
- The candidates should be able to prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications, and design electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to supervise and inspect the installation and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment and develop maintenance and operating standards for them
- The candidates should be able to investigate electrical or electronic failures, prepare contract documents, and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance
- The candidates should be able to conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling, and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products, and set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems
