Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be skilled in meeting tight deadlines, possessing attention to detail
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and capable of standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should display flexibility in their approach to tasks, show initiative in their work, and be organized in their responsibilities
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in their tasks and be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department, plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, and coordinate inspection of assigned areas
- The candidates should be able to ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
- The candidates should be able to ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, conduct infection control audits, and respond to complaints of guests
