R & L Acres is providing several agricultural products like big square straw bales, feed grain, seeds, and other commodities. We are known for to have an expert group of employees working on the farm and developing advance farming techniques with every passing day. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Farm foreman/woman is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: The Candidates should have 2 to less than 3 years’ experience
Computer and technology knowledge: The candidates should operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
Area of work experience: Irrigation and drainage
Security and safety: The candidates should have clear criminal records
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to oilseed (except soybean) farming and other grain farming
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures, supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, maintain quality control and production records
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, maintain farm machinery, equipment train and supervise staff, supervise workers and projects
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
