Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be physically strong and also a combination of sitting, standing, walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and also be a team player
- The candidate should have experience of equipment and machinery like Automated irrigation system, Fertilizer applicator, Harvesters, Sprayer or duster, Tractor and also Vegetable or fruit harvester
- The candidate should be able to supervise 11-15 people
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, develop work schedules and establish procedures and also supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
- The candidate should be able to hire and train staff and also perform general farm duties
- The candidate should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, maintain quality control and production records, maintain work records and logs and also operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
