Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Post secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar role

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be dynamic and self-motivated, able to work effectively within a team environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • The candidates should demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced, cross-functional working environment
  • The candidates should be fluent with MS Office Software
  • The candidates should have experience with SAP, which is a plus
  • The candidates should be able to possess a sound knowledge of MS Office, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, to effectively manage project documentation and communications

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate Purchase Orders and Cost Tracking for various Capital Projects in Corporate Engineering, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and policies
  • The candidates should be able to perform various accounting functions related to Capital Projects, such as tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project team members
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate good organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives
  • The candidates should be able to be a self-starter who can handle individual and team challenges, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving and decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with Project Managers, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure project success and adherence to budgetary and financial requirements
  • The candidates should be able to report directly to the Finance Manager, Capital Projects, providing regular updates on project status, financial performance, and any issues or concerns that may arise
