We have 24/7 access to our driving professionals through a combination of technologies, including in-cab communications from Shaw, Transplus dispatch systems and GPS tracking. With scanning technology in every cab, we also can communicate shipment data in real-time to clients and currently use a proactive email alert system for client shipment details.
