Salary: $30.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks, handling physically demanding tasks, and standing for extended periods
- The candidates should exhibit attention to detail, be willing to work overtime when required, and be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work, be dependable, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication abilities and show flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should exhibit initiative in problem-solving and task completion, be effective team players, and be quick learners

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts and read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
- The candidates should be able to set up and adjust production machinery/tools, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- The candidates should be able to set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
