Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 1 year of experience in working with clients and achieving sales results. It’s an asset if they have prior banking experience in a similar capacity

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be flexible to work banking centre hours to deliver a great client experience
  • The candidates should be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to help deliver a great client experience

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Centre as a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
  • The candidates should be able to foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions that will help their financial success as a Financial Services Representative
  • The candidates should be able to engage in client engagement by meeting with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan
  • The candidates should be able to utilize their knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals
  • The candidates should be able to build relationships by engaging in marketing and outreach activities to show clients they value them and their communities
  • The candidates should be able to grow their network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to become technology experts and share their knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications, helping them better manage their banking needs
