Salary: $95,000 to $120,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 80 to 156 hours bi-weekly

Shifts: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Various locations, Equipment operation, and Troubleshooting/diagnostic

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Quality assurance and control

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, even in varying weather conditions
  • The candidates should have the ability to work at heights safely and effectively
  • The candidates should be capable of working in confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols
  • The candidates should be prepared to work in potentially hazardous environments, following safety procedures at all times
  • The candidates should be able to work efficiently in wet or damp conditions, ensuring safety measures are observed
  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in noisy environments, utilizing appropriate protective gear
  • The candidates should be able to perform tasks in hot conditions while prioritizing their well-being and hydration
  • The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments, dressing appropriately for temperature extremes
  • The candidates should be capable of working in dusty conditions, employing necessary precautions to protect their health

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to drive well services trucks to well sites safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic rules and regulations
  • The candidates should be able to attach pumps and hoses to wellheads accurately, ensuring proper connection for well services operations, and write daily basic progress reports, documenting activities, observations, and any significant events during well services operations
  • The candidates should be able to operate hydraulic pumping systems proficiently, controlling the flow and pressure of fluids during well services activities, and record mud flows and volumes and take samples systematically, maintaining accurate records for analysis and documentation
  • The candidates should be able to read gauges to interpret conditions and adjust pumping procedures accordingly, ensuring optimal performance and safety, and assist in setting up, taking down, and transporting drilling and service rigs efficiently, supporting overall operational processes
  • The candidates should be able to mix chemicals and cements accurately, following prescribed formulas and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with government regulations, adhering to legal requirements and safety standards during well services operations
  • The candidates should be able to communicate effectively with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments, promoting teamwork and efficiency
