We only use naturally enriched soil beds that yield an abundance of succulent greens and hearty roots that remain full of nutrients and flavor. Salary: $15.83 per hour for 40 to 60 hours per week

Work Site Environment: Organic farming, Potato and vegetable
Work Setting: Rural area
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, training will be provided
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Farm truck, Planting equipment, Tractor, Vegetable harvester
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure and work with tight deadlines
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and work with hand-eye coordination
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform tasks such as Grading, Hand harvesting vegetables, Hoeing crops, Weeding and Harvest Crops
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops also examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- The candidate should be able to write daily basic progress reports
