Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be strong client focus, demonstrate dependability, and demonstrate excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should be able to stay organized and work effectively as a team player

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, resolve complaints and claims, process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls, and provide customer service
