Salary: $15.65 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Evening, Overtime and Morning
Work Setting: Area is rural and relocation costs are not covered by employer
Work Site Environment: Candidates should work in wet or damp, hot and non-smoking area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Type of Product: Bedding plants
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
- The candidate should be able for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidate should be able to work overtime
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
- The candidate should be someone who can be relied on
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to mix and prepare soils
- The candidate should be able to plant bulbs and seeds
- The candidate should be able to pot and re-pot plants
- The candidate should be able to transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
- The candidate should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- The candidate should be able to clean work area
