Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 42.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional
Equipment and machinery experience: Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Grinding machine, Air compressors, Drills, Torches, Small front end loaders, and Forklif
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have manual dexterity for handling tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), as required by the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities and demonstrate a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction
- The candidates should be dependable and reliable in meeting deadlines and fulfilling obligations, possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectively
- The candidates should display flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements and be reliable team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
