Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload efficiently and be comfortable standing for extended periods, if required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks and be dependable in meeting commitments and deadlines
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and show initiative in problem-solving and taking on new tasks
- The candidates should have interpersonal awareness for effective communication and exercise good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities and be effective team players, collaborating with colleagues towards shared objectives
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform the same duties as workers supervised effectively and assist clients/guests with special needs courteously and attentively
- The candidates should be able to coordinate, assign, and review work to maintain productivity and quality, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments efficiently, and hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies comprehensively
- The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports accurately and in a timely manner, provide staff training effectively to enhance skills and performance, and make transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized reservation and ticketing system proficiently
