Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Post-secondary College/University, in relation to recreation or business hospitality
Experience: Candidates should have three years previous front desk, customer service desk experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess an extensive knowledge of activities, events, resort amenities, and surrounding area information
  • The candidates should have administrative experience in systems setup
  • The candidates should have experience in guest relations and cash handling
  • The candidates should demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills in relation to Point of Sale systems, Resort ticketing program (RTP), and Microsoft applications

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to be responsible for all concession sales, activities, season’s passes, and lift tickets
  • The candidates should be able to actively provide guest information regarding Panorama Mountain Resort – events, services, facilities, and assist guests in booking winter activities
  • The candidates should be able to have lots of energy and be more than happy to help as needed within the Guest Service Department
  • The candidates should be able to perform open & closing procedures of the Guest Services Desk
  • The candidates should be able to book concessions, activities, and special events for Panorama guests
  • The candidates should be able to process season’s passes and daily lift ticket sales and adjustments
  • The candidates should be able to provide ongoing communication between shifts, with supervisors, and with concessions, ensuring all methods of communication are correct and updated regularly
  • The candidates should be able to be accountable for department area daily maintenance of grounds, equipment & amenities
  • The candidates should be able to help out as needed with tasks within the Guest Services dept
