Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months 
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking while standing for extended periods
  • The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, able to walk, and work effectively under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should have excellent written communication skills, demonstrate flexibility, take initiative, and be organized
  • The candidates should be effective team players

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise staff and schedule shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations, inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas for cleanliness and presentation, and maintain financial records accurately
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and answer their questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, attend to seating arrangements for large groups, greet customers warmly, and receive reservations while assigning tables efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to receive payments from customers, ensuring accurate transaction processing and customer satisfaction
