Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Own tools/equipment: Uniform

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors with attention to detail and efficiency
  • The candidates should be proficient in dusting furniture thoroughly to ensure a clean and presentable environment
  • The candidates should be skilled at vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain cleanliness
  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in bed-making techniques, including making beds and changing sheets
  • The candidates should ensure guest satisfaction by distributing clean towels and toiletries, stocking the linen closet with organizational skills to maintain an adequate supply of linens
  • The candidates should follow established protocols to disinfect operating rooms and other areas, paying attention to hygiene standards
  • The candidates should clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items promptly, and attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items with courtesy
  • The candidates should provide basic information on facilities to guests when required, pick up debris, empty trash containers, and maintain a tidy environment
  • The candidates should clean changing rooms and showers, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
