Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completed a post-secondary college diploma or university degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience in planning and coordinating projects within a client portfolio by analyzing trends and presenting solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to provide guidance and advice on HR-related matters to clients by attending meetings, providing resources, and offering direct support
- The candidates should be able to manage human resources with experience in a unionized environment
- The candidates should be able to provide specialized consultation and demonstrate superior facilitation skills
- The candidates should be able to manage projects from start to finish, liaising effectively between external and internal stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize activities or projects to meet section and organizational goals
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have in a related discipline, or possess a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent
- The candidates should be proficient in using office technology, software, and applications
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide guidance and support to internal or external clients by sharing expertise and knowledge to help further client objectives
- The candidates should be able to plan and implement projects within the client portfolio by analyzing trends and presenting solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks
- The candidates should be able to provide guidance and advice on HR-related matters to clients, including support in collective bargaining interpretation, grievances, investigations, discipline, and attendance management
- The candidates should be able to establish working relationships with stakeholders to cooperate on matters of mutual concern
- The candidates should be able to promote a respectful work and service environment that supports diversity and inclusion and is free from harassment and discrimination
- The candidates should be able to provide leadership in developing and implementing inclusive and accessible policies, programs, and services for employees and customers in compliance with the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC), Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC policies
- The candidates should be able to participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program
