Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 – $1,500,000
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, human resources development
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines and with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized, flexible, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, oversee development of communication strategies
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, translate a variety of written material, present own material or material prepared by others
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, answer inquiries and provide information to customers
