Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, have a client focus, and have efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, have excellent written communication skills, and be flexible
  • The candidates should have good judgement, be organized, and be reliable
  • The candidates should be team players, be adaptable, and have the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants
  • The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties and recruit and hire staff
